Freelance Writer Job Summary

BiVoundi24 News is looking for a Freelance Journalist (bilingual - French & English - MUST) to cover local news and write news content (mostly in French) on our channel. In this position, the journalist will work freely and independently but may occasionally receive article assignments from our editor, research the topic, and write a strong article that follows basic SEO guidelines.

This is a deadline-driven job (at least two news articles a day,) so the writer should be well organized and have excellent time management skills. Since this is a freelance position, we will pay you a lump sum per two articles a day (monthly pay) and per extra daily piece (paid bi-monthly.) Our ideal applicant has several years of writing experience and a portfolio that demonstrates excellence in the craft. Proof of being a trained and professional journalist will be required.
