Travelers stranded as heavy rains flood Tiko-Douala road | Videos

Travelers from various parts of the Southwest Region heading to Douala this morning are stranded following torrential rain that led to flooding we have been informed.

The situation has further compounded by a huge tree falling around the police college in Mutengene.

The National Weather Observatory recently came out with a report saying predicting floods, and landslides in some parts of the country due to heavy rains.

The report also pointed out that these phenomena would lead to waterborne diseases.

The Southwest Region was one of the three regions mentioned in the National Observatory report.
