Tiko Council Starts Rehabilitating Streets Destroyed by Floods

The Tiko Council, under the management of Chief Peter Ikome Mesoso III has worked to rehabilitate some streets that were destroyed by floods in his municipality.

The Saturday, July 9th, 2022 floods caused serious human and material damage to the residents of the Tiko municipality.

In keeping with his promises, when he visited some of the most affected quarters, truckloads of tippers, Tuesday, August 9th started offloading laterite and ground to some of the affected areas.

Work is likely to be extended to other affected areas in the days ahead.
