"Stop sponsoring terrorism back home," PM's representative to Anglophones in the diaspora

Anglophones residing in the diaspora and perceived to be bankrolling the current anglophone crisis have been called upon to stop destabilizing the nation.
This declaration was made by the Director of Cabinet at the Prime Minister's services, Mr. Confiance Balungeli Ebune, on the occasion of the elective general assembly of the Southwest Chiefs Conference, SWECC, that took place at the Mountain Hotel Buea, on Saturday 16th July, 2022.
Mr. Confiance Ebune, who was representing the Prime Minister, Chief Dr. Joseph Dion Ngute, appealed to anglophones living in the diaspora to stop financing what he termed 'terrorism and banditry' back home.
He further urged same to encourage development in their respective communities.
To the separatists at home, who have taken up arms against the Government, the PM's representative appealed to them drop down their weapons and embrace President Paul Biya's amnesty and join the other repentant separatists at the DDR centers.
