Groupe-BiVoundi buys 'Wellness & Fit'

In a statement published yesterday on one of its official social media handles, the Media Holding company, Groupe-BiVoundi (also known as BiVoundi) said it had acquired the 'Wellness & Fit' brand.

This takeover brings to four the number of exclusive brands whose portfolio will now be 100% owned by the media group. It is worth recalling here that Groupe-BiVoundi (BiVoundi) already has an online news channel and an online radio station among its subsidiaries.
