President Paul Biya declares May 3, 2022, a national public holiday

Paul Biya, the President of the Republic of Cameroon, declares Tuesday, May 03, 2022, a public holiday throughout the territory of the Republic of Cameroon.

This decision of Paul Biya follows the feast of Ramadan celebrated this day by the Muslim community.

"Happy Ramadan celebration to all the Muslim Community! Happy Eid al-Fitr to all Muslims" President Biya wrote.
