Nigeria's Vice President to run for President in the next Presidential Elections

Nigeria's Vice President Yemi Osinbajo announced Monday that he is running for president in February 2023 in Africa's most populous country and said he is running in his party's primary.
"For the past seven years, I have served as vice president to a true Nigerian patriot, servant of the nation in times of war and peace, and a man of integrity, President Muhammadu Buhari. "Together, we have been through some of the most difficult times in our nation's history, but we have remained focused on securing the country, providing infrastructure, and growing our economy."
"I, therefore, declare today, with utmost humility, my intention to run for President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the platform of our great party, the All Progressives Congress." The Vice President stated.
