According to the BBC, Nigeria's president-elect travels to France and London to "rest".
Following his election as Nigeria's president, President-elect Bola Tinubu traveled to France and the United Kingdom to "rest" and plan the transition program prior to his inauguration on May 29.
Tunde Rahman, the spokesman for the upcoming president of Nigeria, said in a statement on Wednesday that Tinubu left the country on Tuesday to rest in France and London in Britain, and that he will then perform the Hajj in Saudi Arabia.
