Mutengene-Likomba: Ghastly accident leaves 7 dead; several injured (viewer discretion)

Less than a month after flood waters rendered several homeless and destroyed crops and property in Tiko, Mutengene, and Likomba, the denizens of these towns, have once again been visited by another major disaster following the ghastly road accident that occurred at the Likomba Hill on Wednesday 21st July 2022.

What has become known as the Likomba Hill accident, left four dead on the spot and several seriously wounded

The accident we gathered, happened when a truck descending the Likomba hill due to mechanical failure crashed into another truck in motion from the opposite direction then crushed a taxi and two private cars, leaving four people dead and several criticalities injured and taken to various health centers for treatment.

At the time of writing this story, 24 hours later the death toll, we gathered has risen to seven and is even likely to increase.
