Mrs. Mitwa Ng’ambi, a Zambian national, appointed Director-General of MTN Cameroon

There is a new general manager at MTN Cameroon. This Thursday, June 30, 2022, the telephone company made official Mitwa Ng'ambi's appointment as the new director-general.

Mitwa Ng'ambi, who is of Zambian descent, has worked in the telecoms industry for more than ten years. Stephen Blewett will be succeeded by her.

"MTN Cameroon announces the appointment of Mitwa Ng'ambi as the new Managing Director effective September 1, 2022. She will succeed Stephen Blewett who is leaving the Group for other career opportunities. Mitwa Ng'ambi, who is currently Managing Director of MTN Rwanda, has nearly ten years in the MTN family where she has also held senior positions in the Group's subsidiaries in Benin and Zambia," says a note from MTN Cameroon.
