Minister postpones Saturday 9th July session of the GCE

The writing of the Saturday 9th July 2022 General Certificate Examination papers in both the Ordinary and Advanced Level has been postponed to Friday 15th July.

This postponement or shift in date is contained in a communique issued by the minister of Secondary Education, Professor Pauline Nalova Lyonga.

According to the Minister's communique issued on Tuesday 5th July, the postponement is predicated on the celebration of the Muslim feast of the Ram that will take place on Saturday 9th July 2022, which has been declared a national public holiday.

According to the Minister's communique, the examination, and the writing of the GCE will commence on Friday 15th July at the same time and same venue.
