Mali: U.S. President Joe Biden dispatches envoy to Assimi Goïta

Colonel Assimi Gota of Mali met an emissary of American President Joe Biden in his audience.

The Malian Transitional Head of State received Roger Carstens, the American President's Special Envoy for Hostage Issues, in the Koulouba Palace.
