LIMBE: Nguti youths call for back-to-school, development at global youth conference

The sons and daughters of Nguti subdivision, Kupemanenguba Division of the Southwest Region, have appealed for effective school resumption come the 2022/2023 academic year and for the development of the subdivision.
They made this appeal under the banner of the "Youth Global Mini Conference" which was held over the weekend in Limbe.
Addressing the youth, the President General of Nguti Cultural and Development Association, Dr. Bernard Nzo Nguty thanked the youths for ensuring that their culture is alive, and used the occasion to remind the youths of the vision of the founder of the cultural and development association, Nzo Ekangaki.
He reminded the youths of the achievements of late Nzo Ekangaki and that he was expecting the same from them.
He further reminded the youths that the love for culture, fatherland, and the quest for others to succeed has been prime to the Nguti man, reason according to the professor of political science, Nguti in the entire subdivision has more graduates than sister villages.
On his part, the project Coordinator of the Nguti Youth Global, Ayompe Peter, cited the resumption of classes, holiday classes, provision of pipe borne water, assistance to Nguti Youth who have remained in the village as some of the achievements recorded.
He also reminded the youths that the Mini-Conference is a forerunner to the annual come together come next year in Nguti.
