Indomitable Lions' delayed flight: Incompetence or sabotage?

The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon have finally arrived in Algiers despite an over 3-hour delay in their departure from Douala. Although some sources blame the personnel of the SCDP (Cameroon's petroleum depot company) for their failure to provide kerosene to the carrier as contracted, the cause of the delay is yet to be made official.

The special flight transporting the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon was scheduled to take off on Sunday, March 27 from Douala at 2 p.m. but only succeeded in leaving Cameroon's national territory at 5 p.m.

Notwithstanding, the Boeing 737-500 Business landed safely at the Algiers International airport where the players were welcomed by Samuel Eto'o, Cameroon's football federation president and some members of the Cameroon football federation (Fecafoot.)

The return match of the third round of the FIFA 2022 world cup qualifiers will see the Indomitable Lions against the Fennec (Foxes) of Algeria is scheduled to take place this Tuesday, March 29th at the Mustapha Tchaker Stadium in Blida at 8.30 P.M.
