In an exclusive interview, the newly-appointed Secretary-General of the Southwest Regional House told BiVoundi 24 News that he would build up the new structure from scratch as a seasoned administrator.

His Royal Highness Nebale Mukete Joseph made this declaration in a chat he granted BiVoundi 24 News in Kumba on Wednesday 22 June 2022.

His Royal Highness Nebale Mukete Joseph is the traditional ruler of Betenge Balue in the Ndian Division Southwest Region.

In that interview, His Royal Highness Nebale Mukete Joseph thanked President Paul Biya and the Minister of Decentralization for his appointment, adding that he received the appointment with fulfillment and satisfaction.

He further promised to wholeheartedly serve the population of the region, adding that even the most beautiful woman cannot offer what she does not have.

He also thanked his subjects for their prayers, which according to him facilitated his promotion and appointment.

His Royal Highness Nebale Mukete Joseph is the pioneer Secretary-General of the Southwest Regional House, recently appointed by President Paul Biya.

Born in 1970, His Royal Highness Nebale Mukete Joseph attended GS Betenge, and later GSS Ekondo Titi.

After obtaining his O Level certificate, he proceeded to Government Grammar school Molyko Buea, where he obtained his GCE Advanced Level certificate.

He later moved to the University of Yaounde 2 in Soa, graduating with a first degree in Economics, and then went to ENAM where he studied Financial Management.

His first stint was in the department of Finance in Edea, then he was posted to the ministry of Finance in Yaounde.

He has later appointed the pioneer Regional Delegate of Decentralization for the Southwest Region. He is married and a father of five
