FAKO: ELECAM assures staff of advancements and other benefits



Cameroon's National Election Observatory Body, popularly known by its French acronym as ELECAM has assured its staff in the South West Region of career advancement and other benefits.


The Chairman of that body, Enow Egbe Abrams was speaking recently in Buea after meeting with the 241 staff of that body in the region.


Enow Egbe Abrams, who was accompanied by the Director of that body Dr. Eric Esose, is on a nationwide tour of ELECAM structures in the country.

Addressing the Southwest Region ELECAM staff, Enow Egbe Abrams said the body is 'United than never before.'


He also assured the ELECAM staff of career advancement, the payment of bonuses, social insurance dues, promotion, and other related benefits.


The visit of the ELECAM delegation from Yaounde to Buea comes on the heels of national elections in a few years' time.


Five national elections will take place in 2025; presidential election, paliamentary elections, Senatorial elections, municipal elections, and elections of members of the Regional Houses.
