BUEA: MTN donates trash cans to UB

Cameron's mobile telephone company MTN has donated 5 trash cans to the University of Buea, to enable the students to study in a clean and conducive environment.


MTN made this gesture, yesterday, Thursday 28th July 2022, in the presence of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Incharge of Research Cooperation and Relations with the Business World, who was representing the Vice Chancellor, Professor Kingsley Lyonga Ngange.

"Cleanliness is godliness, students cannot study in a dirty environment," the MTN Regional Manager for the South West Region and the Moungo, Jean Pierre Ngoule said while handing the trash cans to the UB authorities, adding the gesture is meant to enable the students to study in a clean environment.


The Deputy VC for his part thanked MTN for their kind gesture.
