BUEA: Kingsley Ngange and other newly appointed UB officials installed

Some newly appointed officials of the University of Buea have been commissioned into office by the Vice-Chancellor of that University, Prof Ngamo Horace Manga.

Associate Professor Kingsley Lyonga Ngange was commissioned into office as Deputy Vice-Chancellor in charge of research, cooperation, and relations with the business world alongside three others.

They are the deputy vice-chancellor in charge of internal control and evaluation, Mr. Peter Sakwe Masumbe, Ndip Lucy Mande Ayamba, Director of Student Affairs, and Tabi Atemkeng Johannes, Director of Financial Affairs.

The installed officials were recently appointed by President Paul Biya through a presidential decree.

Speaking at the installation ceremony, the Vice-Chancellor congratulated the officials for the mark of confidence imposed on them by the president of the Republic through their appointments, adding that the new appointees will fit into their positions.

He further told the deputy Vice-Chancellors that their conduct was now under crucial public scrutiny because they are expected to model those values that the University of Buea has traditionally stood for.
