Biden may travel to Europe in coming weeks

Discussions with other international leaders over Russia's ongoing invasion of Ukraine would be part of the trip. Brussels, Belgium, which is home to NATO headquarters, is one of the possible locations under consideration. The possibility of a trip was initially reported by NBC News.

Last week, Vice President Kamala Harris traveled to Poland and Romania to discuss the Ukraine crisis.

Mr. Biden has maintained regular contact with European friends, claiming last week that he chats with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky almost every day. On Wednesday, Zelensky will deliver a virtual address to members of Congress.
