An SDO in Cameroon's West Region praises Frank Biya in an administrative meeting - Video

In a short video circulating on social networks, Ernest Ewango Budu, the SDO of the Ndé Division, in the western region, praises the son of the Cameroonian head of state.

For the civil administrator, the son of the tenant of the unity palace is a man beyond reproach.

"... The one who today by his character, by his behavior fascinates many Cameroonians namely Franck Emmanuel Biya ... ", the SDO said while presiding over a ceremony in the Nde.
